This was an absolute pleasant surprise!!! Two of the wall unit pieces had been damaged in freight. Dmitri found two more pieces of a discontinued set within a few days, had them inspected and insured they were OK, had them shipped asap. Constantly in touch by phone - delivered at the time they were supposed to. I am stunned at the level of service - awesome. Bottom line - I would buy again in a heartbeat - with confidence!!!

From the time I placed my order to the departure of the very polite and efficient delivery men drove away, this has been my best experience purchasing furniture. The customer service by Dimetri was astounding. He kept me informed every step of the way. My order was delivered in a timely manner and in perfect condition. I purchased the entire bar set and can tell you it is beautiful. The price cannot be compared anywhere else. I found the best, now you can too !
