By ordering from Furniture Store NYC, Inc. ( ), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Furniture Store NYC, Inc. is a New Jersey Entity, therefore, all purchases made by New Jersey residents will be charged a 7% sales tax. All prices are subject to change without any prior notice. Customers credit cards will be charged on the day the order has been placed.
Furniture Store NYC, Inc will not be responsible for any delays regarding delivery due to weather conditions, manufacturer delays or other non-store related issues. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that the merchandise he/she orders fits into their location. Customers are encouraged to double check with a sales representative from Furniture Store NYC, Inc. regarding dimensions of the product(s) being purchased.  Furniture Store NYC, Inc. is not to be held responsible for any issues regarding slight color variation of the delivered items and online pictures. ( due to PC/Monitors resolutions, age, etc. )

If by any reason a customer wants to cancel his/her order, the customer has to notify Furniture Store NYC, Inc. within 24 hours from the time/date of purchase. If by any reason Customer canceled the order after 24 hours from the time of purchase Furniture Store NYC will charge 20%( Twenty Percent) Cancellation Fees from the total of purchase amount.
If order was delivered and Customer does not satisfied with product and wants to cancel the order and return any product(s), customer will be issued refund ( within 5 business days ) minus Cancellation Fees of 20% (Twenty Percent), minus delivery charges for this order ( if any ), as long as customer has all original packaging or boxed.
All merchandise will be delivered upon agreement with the customer. All details of the delivery have to be added to the purchase invoice. Always inspect your delivery upon receiving it, our delivery personnel will help you make sure there are no damages. After signing the satisfaction of the delivery, Furniture Store NYC, Inc. is not to be held responsible for any damages or issues with purchased product.

Small Items, home decor, mirrors, stands, etc, can be shipped per customer request via Fed Ex or UPS. Furniture Store NYC, Inc. is not to be held responsible for items sent by Fed Ex or UPS.

Every furniture and bedding products at Furniture Store NYC, Inc. sells is a NEW product. Furniture Store NYC, Inc. has a very strong return and exchange policy. If Customer decide to Exchange any products after getting delivery (only at the time of delivery ), Only in NYC and NJ client has rights to refuse and find different furniture product. If this happened, client will be responsible for Exchange Fees 20% (Twenty Percent ) of purchase price and Delivery Charges. Client will be charged another delivery charges for new order.   All furniture products are opened and inspected upon delivery. If a furniture product is damaged upon arrival Furniture Store NYC, Inc. will exchange it without additional charges. All are areas no exhange policy in place.

Other, than furniture products like: Mattress, pillows or Special Orders at Furniture Store NYC are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. All Special Orders and Mattresses sold per order and made per order. If Special order has Manufacturer defect, Furniture Store NYC will exchange at no cost to customer. Exchange of Special Order can take from 1 week to a 3 months.

RETURN POLICY ( applies for NYC and NJ Delivery Areas)
Every furniture and mattress products at Furniture Store NYC, INC. sells is NEW. Customer's have the right to return furniture products within 5 days after their delivery date. Mattresses and pillows does not have return policy. All furniture product(s) returned must be in the original condition and packaging as received. Refund of your order will result in a 20%(Twenty Percent) Cancellation Fees and minus delivery charges for this order ( if any). No refund will be issued to Mattress or pillow orders.

Every furniture and mattress products at Furniture Store NYC, INC. sells is NEW. Customer's have no right to return furniture products if locaiton of the delivery out of our local area ( out of NYC or NJ delivery area).  Mattresses and pillows does not have return policy as well.  There is no  Refund of your order will 
Product(s) is covered under a limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Additional warranty information is usually included in the boxes. Mattress and bedding product are under 10, 15 years non pro rated Warranty.
